Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook pizzas in a fast-paced restaurant environment - Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations - Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently - Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a high standard of food quality and presentation - Customer Service include Sales in person and over phone.
- Able to sell, pour and serve Beer/Wine - Pizza Cut Table - Identify cooked pizza and match with kitchen ticket.
- Make, Pack or Serve Salad, Sandwiches - As needed help with kitchen prep work.
Skills:
- Culinary expertise to create delicious and visually appealing pizzas - Proficiency in using POS system for order processing - Knowledge of basic math for recipe measurements and inventory management - Experience in the restaurant industry, particularly in pizza preparation - Strong food handling practices to maintain cleanliness and prevent cross-contamination - Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously - Familiarity with cash register operations for processing payments accurately - Exceptional customer service skills to interact with guests and address any concerns or inquiries Job Type:
