This is your gateway to growth! As our Project Assistant, you are integral in supporting smooth field operations and administrative tasks, from scheduling, ordering materials and customer communications.
You will be assisting the Project Management team while also being responsible for the front desk area.

Project Assistant What You Will Do You will support the team with keeping all the many moving parts of the office and projects organized, from answering calls and welcoming visitors, to preconstruction through project management support to ensure the timely execution and coordination of projects.
You will:
Support the office and project management team with administrative tasks such as answering phones, greeting visitors, booking travel, completing expense reports, and calendar management Assist the project management team in project start up and closeout Assemble and monitor metrics, and take notes at weekly estimating meeting Coordinate the activities of staff members by effectively and efficiently handling scheduling and work assignment duties Support the development of detailed estimates, work plans, forecasts, and new sales opportunities Receive/process all change orders including input into the ERP system for billing Maintain open contracts/awards list and send out weekly metrics Project Assistant Required Skills, Experience Personality Fit You are:
Without ego and eager to learn no task is too small, everyone wears a lot of hats and flexibility and teamwork is needed Comfortable with supporting the field team as well as working with the in-office team Detail oriented you enjoy the detail work of reviewing an RFP and assembling a bid package Experienced in MS Excel you can generate and work within a spreadsheet, formulas Excellent in organizing your projects and pride yourself on your data entry accuracy and a high attention to detail Able to work in office daily in Rocklin, California This role is 100% in office in Rocklin, California.
Compensation starting at $25 per hour depending on experience, overtime eligible.
