What You'll Do:
We are currently searching for a friendly, energetic Property Manager-Rover for our Multi Family Portfolio.
As a Property Manager, we know you do much more than sitting behind a desk directing others:
you lead by example, roll your sleeves up and walk the property with your maintenance team, build healthy and long-lasting relationships with your residents, tour with and mentor your leasing team, overcome challenges and address emergencies with flexibility and adaptability.
We will pay mileage and travel time.
What You'll Bring:
2-3 years of experience as a Property Manager; experience with supervising a staff 5-6 employees.
Able to collaborate with your team, set goals, bring fresh leadership and marketing ideas to the table.
Committed to continuous learning to maintain up-to-date knowledge of rules, laws, & regulations.
MS Office, Yardi, CRM, Yieldstar and Rent Cafe Excellent communication, organization and managerial skills.
