Summary:
The role of the Physician Relations Manager is to educate physicians about Luna, while also soliciting patient referrals for physical therapy treatment.
Know and execute how to build relationships with providers remotely/virtually via consistent, targeted outreach to guide them through the Company's service offerings.
Detailed Functions/Key Differentiators:
Has substantial understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks.
Has proven quota performance.
Initiates new campaigns/projects without being asked in order to meet goals.
Meets and exceeds customer expectations for patient updates and other communication.
Oversees and manages 2-4 developed/emerging markets.
Has partner oversight.
Utilize various business development practices, including cold-calling and email marketing campaigns, to grow new markets by increasing awareness amongst physicians and clinical practices.
Analyze regional data and innovate new processes to increase patient volume Maintain orderly, comprehensive data to remain organized and knowledgeable of all working relationships and necessary follow-up communications Manage high-volume physician accounts by monitoring and encouraging movement through the patient lifecycle.
Assists the manager with onboarding/training for new hires.
Leads special projects.
Leader on the floor with attitude and effort.
Is a problem solver with little assistance- proactively communicates with high volume potential providers to ensure Luna's success.
Inspires other members of the team with their positive attitude and is relied upon for leadership on the floor Operational/CRM expert.
Demonstrates expertise in CRM and seeks areas of improvement for workflows and creating reports.
Assisting other members with creating reports.
Requires very little assistance and consistently performs at or above expectations.
#LUNACORP1 Requirments Typically requires a minimum of 2 - 4 years of related experience and 1-2 years as a PRM.
