The Administrative Assistant position is an important key role assisting all departments including the payroll team, labor coordinators, and accounting department.
How you will make an impact- Create a fantastic first impression for all visitors Answer and direct incoming phonecalls with utmost professionalism Sign for shipment deliveries throughout the day Administer and maintain a well organized filing systems (electronic & physical) Open, review and disburse incoming mail to various departments Keep inventory and put in orders for office and kitchen supplies Assist payroll department with overflow data entry Document scanning & saving according to specific formats Create shipping labels and package shipments when needed Participate in weekly staff meetings Wield strong prioritization skills and a sense of urgency Strong customer service and office administrative skills Strong organization skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills Customer service experience preferred Microsoft Outlook and Excel experience highly desired Efficient, intelligent, resourceful, solution-oriented, and tech-savvy Job Type:
