9 Quick Apply Full-time 3 hours ago Full Job Description We are a private, well established, commercial construction firm located in Rocklin, CA seeking a financial professional to assist and perform high level administrative and accounting tasks including financial statements, payroll, benefits, risk management, contract administration and data management.
The position requires an individual who is responsible, works well independently and as a team member and is comfortable working under a very flat organizational chart.
Duties vary from day to day with routine weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual tasks.
The ability to manage these routine tasks and intermittent, unscheduled duties that are common amongst the construction industry requires good judgment and the ability to prioritize.
This position is in-office Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm (starting hours can be shifted slightly for the right candidate) with standard construction holidays.
Reliable transportation to the office is critical.
The office atmosphere is casual and friendly.
This is role is a long term employment position with opportunity for advancement with time.

Sales Tax Returns, Payroll Returns, OSHA 300 Reports, Business Property Returns, Tax Planning, Misc.
Ancillary Filing, Financial Statements, A/P, AR, IM, Weekly Payroll, Contract Admin, File Management, Prevailing Wage Compliance and Reporting, Human Resource Experience Some Characteristics we are looking for in a candidate are being Detail Oriented, Dependable, Responsible, Logical, Resourceful, Deadline Oriented, Systems proficient, Honest and Integrity, Helpful Applicant Requirements:
