Ensure SLA physician office outreach for POC and referral requirements.
Develop independence in defined communications for Medicare, Direct Access, Payer specific outreach scripts.
Provide satisfactory written communication to maintain communication logs.
Consistently generates reports for daily workflows and maintains data cleanliness.
Participate in routine audits to identify potential compliance risks.
Assist in implementing new policies, systems, or controls designed to reduce risk.
Research and stay up to day with regulatory changes.
Assist, collect and organize documentation for subpoenas, medical records requests, and partner audits.
Track functional project activities and trails to ensure they are meeting expected timelines and deliverables.
